Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a great location with easy access to many attractions and friendly service. However, the room wasn't ready upon my arrival, but overall, it was clean and well presented.
The hotel had rooms overlooking the water, but it seemed they didn't have double-glazed windows to block out the noise. The rooms were extremely dirty and needed a deep clean. Despite being on the fifth floor instead of a higher floor, the location was workable and within walking distance of the CBD.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms had a nice makeover, making them quite pleasant. They were clean and very comfortable, though I wished for a room with a better view considering the high-rise buildings around. The service was excellent at reception, but I did receive some wrong information, and the air conditioning kept flickering on and off. The location was perfect for exploring Brisbane with quick and easy access to everything. The dining options were good, especially with The Guilt Rogue bar nearby offering amazing lunch specials. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor hiccups.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great with stunning views overlooking Brisbane River & Southbank, and it was close to everything. However, the noise from the verandah and reception area was quite bothersome. The rooms were clean, but the early morning noise from lifts and running water was a downside.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were well-equipped with a kitchen, but the layout made it difficult to sleep comfortably due to the room heating up. The service was friendly but lacked consistency. The location was convenient for exploring the city. The dining options were limited, with small meals available. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel was conveniently located close to public transport and within walking distance of popular areas like South Bank and Queens St Mall. The rooms could benefit from updating and being situated on a higher floor to reduce noise from the freeway. The check-in time of 3 pm was adhered to.
I had a fantastic New Year's Eve stay at the hotel with a spectacular river view at night from my room. The full functioning kitchen with a full-size fridge was a great addition. The service was excellent, helpful, and accommodating, especially when I checked out the Sky Lounge at sunset for a breathtaking view up the river. The location was perfect for exploring SouthBank and the City, being within walking distance of key attractions. The dining options, including The Guilt Rogue bar nearby, were a delightful culinary experience. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is ideal for families on holiday with convenient amenities like gym and pool. The cooking and washing facilities in the room were a plus. However, navigating through a multi-storey car park could be a hassle.
The apartment wasn't ready when I arrived, and although it was basically clean, the skirting was dirty throughout. It wasn't serviced even though I informed reception in advance, which was disappointing. The location, however, was perfect, close to Roma St Station, Suncorp Stadium, and Queen St Mall.
The hotel rooms were super clean and a great size, but I wish there was a mini bar with basics like milk and water. The staff were wonderful and helpful, making my stay easier. The location was perfect and within short walking distance of the main CBD. The morning self-service food options could have been improved, though.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was exactly like the photos on the internet, but it needed a good deep clean as it was a little outdated. The balcony offered a nice view of the river.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Brisbane! The rooms were spacious with a full kitchen, making it super convenient, especially during rainy days. The modern and relaxing décor added to the overall comfort. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to everything Brisbane has to offer.
The hotel offers massive views and amazing views, with rooms being nice and clean, though the view room is smaller. The equipment needs a deep clean. The service was faultless, with kind gestures. The location is perfect for exploring both the City and Southbank, but there were issues with cleanliness in the area. Dining options were varied and convenient with affordable choices.
The hotel is in a prime location with easy access to the city, Southbank, and casino. The rooms were nicely furnished but a bit smaller than expected. The service was exceptional despite ongoing renovations, and we even received a complimentary upgrade. The dining options were convenient but somewhat limited. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
